Why Oil Free? And Aren’t Potatoes bad for you?
These are GREAT questions and ones I asked myself before I went plant-based (To read why I made the change, check out my story here)! I learned that potatoes, and other complex carbohydrates in general, are actually very healthy for our bodies! Simple carbohydrates such as white bread and candy, are definitely bad! (You can find out more on the Starch Solution from Dr. McDougall by reading his book here)
